Half an hour about your process. Not a demo of our software.

Most first conversations in this line of business are about features. This conversation is about what goes wrong at your place, how often that happens and what it costs. Only once there is a number under it does talking about technology make sense. If it returns too little, we say so and it stops there.

No obligation, no quote afterwards that you did not ask for.

We look at the action that goes wrong now, not at everything the software can do.

How a conversation like that runs

Three quarters of an hour is enough. What we send afterwards is a short summary with an estimate, and not a quote of fourteen pages.

  1. 01 / Your process, not our product

What goes wrong, how often, and who notices? We keep asking about numbers, because without numbers every estimate afterwards is an opinion.

  2. 02 / The honest limit

We say straight away what RFID is not going to do in your case. Metal, liquids, objects with no read moment: those are the places where projects come apart, and they belong in the first conversation.

  3. 03 / A number or a no

You get an estimate of what a Proof of Value would measure and what it would cost. Or you hear that it returns too little at your place. That second one really happens.

What this conversation is and is not

Wel

  • A conversation about your actions, your numbers and your bottlenecks
  • An honest estimate of what there is to gain, including zero
  • An explanation of where RFID runs into limits in your situation
  • A proposal for what a Proof of Value would measure

Niet

  • A screen demo of our software
  • A quote you did not ask for
  • A project you are tied to afterwards
  • A promise about read ranges before we have seen your material

Pick a moment yourself

Put it straight in the calendar

Half an hour, at a time that suits you. You see right away what is free, so you do not have to wait for a reply to agree a time.

Pick a moment

The conversation takes half an hour and costs nothing. When you book we briefly ask what you want to track, so we do not have to start the conversation by taking stock.

Rather call straight away?

That works too. You get someone who asks the questions below himself, so you do not have to fill in the form to get further.

Rather put it in writing first?

Then write down what you want to share, without picking a moment. The more concrete the numbers, the more useful the first answer: with an order of magnitude we can often already say whether a Proof of Value is worth it. You get a reply within two working days, from someone who can answer the question on its substance as well.

Only if you would rather be called.

Where does this mainly play out?

Pick whatever comes closest. If you are in doubt, pick the one that happens most often.

An estimate is enough. This determines whether a Proof of Value makes sense.

Write it in your own words. How often it happens and who notices is worth more than a tidy story.
