In one side. Out the other.

Three belts: one to load, one in the reading chamber, one to unload. As soon as the box is inside, two roller blinds close the chamber off, and in a few seconds the whole contents are read. Then the box moves on to the next step. Five to six boxes a minute, continuously.

Usually staffed by two people: one loads, one unloads.

When this fits, and when it does not

Wel

  • Fully read boxes up to 1000 × 750 × 750 mm
  • Process five to six boxes a minute, continuously
  • Let the flow continue to a next step
  • Shield with two roller blinds, so the surroundings do not get read

Niet

  • Fit in a small warehouse: it is almost two and a half meters long
  • Be staffed by one person if real volume has to go through
  • Be connected to an existing production line
  • Handle a pallet, that is what the Faraday cage is for
