Or put a conversation in the calendar right now

Half an hour about your process, at a time that suits you. That is the same step as "know if this fits us" above, just without the email in between.

If you can, add what kind of objects it is about, roughly how many, and where it goes wrong now. With those three things we can say something useful in the first email instead of asking back.

Before you email

Does a first conversation cost anything?

No. The first conversation is about your process and whether RFID pays off there; there is no price tag on it. What is paid is the Proof of Value: a bounded test with a baseline measurement and a go or no-go. That is deliberate, because a free pilot rarely gets the attention a measurement needs.

How soon do we hear back?

Within two working days, and from someone who can answer your question on the substance. A question about label choice or readability can take a little longer, because there we would rather ask around first than guess.

Do we need to know what we want already?

No. Most projects start with one bottleneck that stands out, not with a worked out wish. If you can say what goes wrong now and how often, that is enough for a first estimate.

Do you also work outside the Netherlands?

We do Belgium and Germany, the Netherlands is home base. Further away gets difficult, because a Proof of Value means we stand on your floor to measure. Doing that remotely produces a report nobody can use.

Rather see first whether it fits you?

Put one process on the measuring stick. One location, temporary labels and a baseline measurement, with a clear go or no-go.
