Grip on your inventory. Without touching a thing.
STOCKflow is the RFID platform by SQUARE Concepts. You walk past the racking with one handheld and thousands of items register themselves. No counting, no tallying, no retyping into your ERP. From that one big annual count to always knowing what you have.
Prove it small and paid in your own operation. Go or no-go, with no obligation to continue.
What do you want grip on?
One platform, three kinds of physical flows. Pick where it hurts most in your operation.
- Logistics, warehousing & distributionFaster counts, fewer stock discrepancies and reliable issuing. Even when volume peaks.View this segment

- Manufacturing & material flowGrip on work in progress, components and material on the floor. No searching, no tallying by hand.View this segment

- Assets & equipmentAlways find tools, equipment and carriers back. Minutes instead of hours.View this segment

Start with the problem. Not with the technology.
Most projects start with one concrete bottleneck. If you recognize one, that is your starting point.
Four reasons RFID leaves the barcode behind.
The technology has been around for years. What was missing was the software layer. STOCKflow solves that together with the hardware. The numbers below are illustrative. In a Proof of Value we measure them in your own operation.
01 / Speed
10x
Walk instead of beep
A complete warehouse count in 20 to 40 minutes, not half a day. You keep walking and no longer stop at every item.
1,000 items18 min
02 / Accuracy
99%
Zero counting errors
A unique EPC per tag. No double scans, no skipped items. The check afterwards disappears.
Reconciliation1 day less
03 / Frequency
52x/yr
Weekly cycles
Pick one item type, walk past it, done. Counting in between finally becomes doable.
Previously1x per year
04 / Resilience
5m
Through film and cardboard
UHF reads up to five meters through packaging, depending on the tag and the environment. Racking up to the top, pallets in film, clothing rails. You touch nothing.
Sync batch100 EPC
Your warehouse is not a black box. It is data you simply could not read out often enough, because a count took too much time. We took that time out.
The same count, side by side
1,000 items. Two realities.
Drag the bar and compare. On the left the job as it runs today, on the right the same registration with STOCKflow.
Footage illustrates the difference in handling, it is not a measurement.
Searching and finding
Finding a lost item? Minutes. Not hours.
Scan the product in the app. The radar shows signal strength and direction, with audio feedback that speeds up as you get closer. You walk straight to it.

We prove it in your operation first. Only then do you invest.
No big rollout built on assumptions. You start small and paid with a Proof of Value. One process, one location, temporary labels and a baseline measurement. At the end there are measured numbers and a clear go or no-go. Even a no-go pays off, because you avoided an expensive mistake.
01 / Measure
We record how the process runs today and what we are going to measure. Without that baseline measurement, any result afterwards is an opinion.
02 / Prove
One process, temporary labels, one handheld. We measure during the real work on your floor, not in a test setup.
03 / Scale up
If the numbers hold up, you scale up in phases with a decision point at every step. If they do not, you are not tied to anything.
What does it cost you today, in time and money?
Two calculators that make the hidden cost of your current way of working visible. In a few clicks.
One platform
Labels, readers, software and the integration.
STOCKflow supplies the labels, the readers, the software and the integration with the ERP or WMS you already have. Handhelds, gates and tunnels all talk to the same portal.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a rollout take?
A Proof of Value runs from baseline measurement to decision, and the lead time is agreed per assignment. A phased rollout after that depends on the number of locations and processes. We deliberately start small, so you are not tied to a whole programme before you know it works.
Does RFID read through film and cardboard?
Yes. UHF reads through packaging, up to several meters. Metal and liquids do interfere, and there the label type and the placement decide the result. We validate that in the Proof of Value instead of promising it up front.
Can I keep using my existing barcodes?
Yes. Barcode and RFID run side by side without trouble: barcode where that is enough, RFID where the gain is. The handhelds read both, and in the portal it comes together in one place.
What does an RFID tag cost?
A simple paper label costs a few cents; a label that has to sit on metal or go through the wash costs many times that. The choice follows from your object and your environment, and we make it in the Proof of Value, not up front.
Can I connect STOCKflow to my ERP or WMS?
Yes. We supply the labels, the readers, the software and the integration with the system you already have. The integration does follow a working physical workflow: first prove that the labels, the read moments and the user process are right, then connect on purpose.
